Handling Complaints and Applicable Law

In the event of disputes or disagreements, our decision is final, and you fully agree with it. All disputes and disagreements arising from or in connection with this policy shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiations, disputes, disagreements, and claims arising from this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands Antilles.
